Our first workshop with our facilitator

Before we build systems for other people, our own have to be right. That is why we took the time to step back and ran our first team workshop with an external facilitator.

Why an external facilitator?

A facilitator moderates without taking sides. They ask the right questions, keep the thread and make sure every voice in the team is heard. That is exactly what we needed: a neutral view from outside that helps us separate the important from the urgent.

What we worked out

The day was about three things: our vision, clear roles in the team and the goals for the coming months. We wrote down what Laufwerk stands for, who carries which responsibility and how we measure success.
