We are Laufwerk.cloud.
Two founders from Reutlingen, Germany.
We are Marian and Daniel. We founded Laufwerk.cloud to give mid-sized businesses in the Reutlingen, Tübingen and Stuttgart region an IT partner who listens, delivers and stays reachable.
What we believe: mid-sized companies and small owner-run businesses deserve the same quality of IT as large corporations, on terms that fit the company, and with advice that leads to implementation.

Why Laufwerk?
The honest answer to a fair question.
We came into the IT industry from different directions: web development, cloud infrastructure, software engineering.
And we kept seeing the same pattern: mid-sized companies in the region struggle with outdated IT systems. They buy overpriced software that does not fit. They hire agencies that make big promises and deliver mediocre results. And then the projects end up on the pile, because the contact person has changed.
At some point we stopped watching it happen. And started changing it.
What drives us
Three convictions that shape everything else.
These are not corporate values written by a strategy consultancy. This is what we actually believe. And it is what we hold ourselves to.
Results count, not hours.
We do not measure ourselves by how many hours we have worked. We measure ourselves by whether your website brings in more enquiries, your server runs reliably and your processes have become faster. A project is only good once it works for you.
Honesty is not a marketing promise.
We tell you when you do not need a new website. We tell you when your software idea is not ready yet. We tell you when something costs too much for the benefit you can expect. That sounds like bad sales. It is good craftsmanship.
Partnership instead of transaction.
We do not want clients we see once and never again. We want to support companies as they grow, as they change and as new challenges come up. That only works when both sides are honest with each other.

Owner
Marian is the first person you will meet. He runs the initial consultation, understands your business and makes sure that what you have in mind is what actually gets built. He comes from practice: sales, marketing, client projects. He knows what companies really need and what stays theory.

Frontend, SEO and security
Daniel builds half of what you see and all of what Google sees. He is a frontend developer, an SEO strategist and the one who makes sure websites do not just look good but get found, load quickly and stay legally sound. GDPR compliance, technical SEO, security concepts: that is his territory.
